• Venue: After careful consideration, we have secured a fantastic alternative at the Greenvale Hotel. They have generously provided us with three spacious rooms and a dedicated hall for our final performance at the end of the camp.
• Location: The Greenvale Hotel is conveniently situated along Kamiti Road, before the Kahawa West junction. You'll find it easily accessible for all participants.
• Food Expenses: We understand that food is an essential aspect of the camp experience. Rest assured, we have taken this into account, and the maximum daily cost for food will be 400 KSh.
• Meal Plan: To ensure the children are well-nourished throughout the day, we have arranged for morning tea, a wholesome lunch, and a simple snack before they depart at 4 pm.
• Separate Payment: Please note that the cost of food will be paid separately from the camp fee. This will allow us to efficiently manage the logistics and ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved.
• Instruments: For participants learning the violin, recorder, and guitar, kindly ensure they bring their instruments to the camp. Having their own instruments will enable them to practice with ease.
• Practice Facilities: We are pleased to inform you that we will have seven pianos for practice sessions at the venue. This will create a conducive environment for our pianists to enhance their skills during the camp.
• Transportation Arrangements: We understand that some parents may have difficulty with dropping off or picking up their child(ren). In such cases, please inform us, and we will make the necessary transport arrangements to ensure a convenient experience for everyone involved.
